A. It starts with a “hello”, we’ll get to know each other, answer your questions, explain what we do for you and build a trusted relationship. Then we’ll schedule an in person meeting for an in depth discussion of your needs.

A. Our in person assessment will provide CSC an understanding of you or you loved one’s current situation. What brought you to this point?

A. We understand that most of these decisions are urgent, placing clients in as little as 24 hours. And we’ve also had many clients that preferred to wait several months before they moved in. It is an individual choice.
